HOW TO BOOK

If you would like to rent some partybenches and tables, there are 2 ways you can do it:

  1. You can click on GET A QUOTE, fill out the form, submit it, and we will be in touch with your quote. Then you can let us know if you’d like to go ahead.
  2. You can email us at partybench@gmail.com with your requirements and we will send you a quote by return email.

Delivery Methods:

If your event is in the Bristol or Bath area, we will deliver your benches and tables ourselves in the Partybench van.

For the rest of the UK, we usually prefer to send your benches and tables by national pallet courier as this can be the cheapest method. The courier can only deliver and collect between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, to a location on level hard ground (not gravel or grass) and the address must be accessible by a large HGV lorry (no height restrictions or narrow country lanes).

If your event doesn’t meet these requirements, please email us and we will work out a quote to deliver them to you ourselves in a smaller vehicle at a time of your choosing.
