Refund Policy

Hire Terms & Conditions

Terms: Payment due on or before delivery
  • During the period of hire it is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are kept in good condition.

  • The hire period is from when delivery to site commences until collection is completed.

  • Any loss or damage will be charged for at full replacement value.

  • The agreed price does not include setting up or breaking down of furniture. All items must be stacked ready for collection at the agreed time.

  • The above price for delivery/collection is based on no more than 2 drop off/collection points. Any further areas will be charged for at £25.00 per man hour.

  • No liability shall be attached to Partybench Ltd for any delays on delivery or collection due to circumstances beyond their control.

 
Cancellation Charges

Up to 2 weeks prior to the event there are no cancellation charges
8- 14 days prior to the event will be charged at 50% of the total
4-7 working days prior to the event will be charged at 75% of the total
0-3 working days prior to the event will be charged at 100% of the total
